How to pay for an order?

Once you’ve selected the service that meets your requirements, click on it to proceed. You will then be able to customize the order according to your preferences.After finalizing the options, fill in the necessary details and click on "BUY IT NOW."

You will be redirected to the payment page, where you can choose your preferred payment method. The right side of the page will display a breakdown of the service price, any applicable taxes, and fees. If you have a discount code, be sure to input it here.

Click “Confirm & Pay,” and your order will be processed. You will be charged, and an order page will be created.

Is my personal information safe?

Your privacy is extremely important to us.

How do I cancel my order?

We encourage you to contact our support team at support@designersmeet.com to discuss any issues. If necessary, you can request to cancel the order.

Do I own what is delivered to me?

Yes, once the order is delivered and fully paid, you are granted all intellectual property rights for the work, including copyrights. This transfer is subject to the full payment of the order. For more details, refer to the "Ownership" section in our Terms of Service.

Why was my payment declined?

Payments can be declined for several reasons. Please ensure:

  • Your payment details are correct
  • Your credit/debit card is valid (and not expired)
  • You have sufficient funds on your card.

How are deadlines calculated?

Deadlines for services are set by Designersmeet and are always clearly communicated before an order is placed. Extra options, if selected, also follow the indicated delivery time.

Why is there a watermark on my delivery?

The watermark is in place to protect our work until the order is fully accepted. Once you approve the delivery, you will receive the final version without the watermark.

What should I do if my order is incomplete?

An order is considered complete when it meets the standards described in the service details and the requirements agreed upon with the buyer.
If the work doesn’t meet these criteria, you are entitled to request revisions until the work is satisfactory.

When does the countdown to the deadline begin?

The countdown starts when either the buyer provides all necessary information for the order or when the Designersmeet team accepts the order, whichever happens first.

What should I do if an order is overdue?

If an order is overdue, an overdue notice will appear on your order page. Designersmeet does not automatically cancel overdue orders; we recommend contacting our team to resolve any delays. However, as a buyer, you have the right to cancel overdue orders at any time. Contact us at support@designersmeet.com for assistance.

How do I delete or edit a review?

If you would like to edit or delete a review, please contact our team through support@designersmeet.com.
