I will be able to help space plan your rooms with standard FFE dimensions in 2D AutoCAD.

I will be able to help you space plan and dimension your floor plan in 2D AutoCAD with this offer. If you would like additional services, I will be able to draw elevations for an extra cost. Once I know the square footage and scope of your project, I will be able to give you a firm price. This starting price estimate is based off one room, not entire building.

I've worked in TV production on several popular HGTV shows over a decade where I executed the design from start to finish. I've also worked in Residential, Hospitality and Commercial design so I am familiar with all aspects of interiors.

I will need the following information (not limited to) to get started:

  • Clear Dimensions.
  • Scope of Work - Spaces, Names, Room Requirements, etc.
  • General idea of Design / Inspiration.
  • CAD file, if you do not have one, I will start a new one, but it will add to the cost.
